We will evaluate return requests on a case by case basis, but generally all sales are final unless we send you the wrong item or it is delivered damaged.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Due to the limited nature of many of the albums we carry, we may not be able to supply a replacement in the event of a lost, stolen or damaged shipment.  Please contact us with any issues with your order and we'll do our best to make it right!

Rest assured that all items will be securely and safely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.  We've been record buyers for many years and hope to provide you with best in class packaging and protection for your precious records!  We use as much recyclable packaging as possible and encourage you to reuse or recycle your packaging when you can!

Due to the unique nature of our inventory, we're unable to reserve items. All our records are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

Yes, we do buy vinyl records. If you're looking to sell, please send us a detailed list of what you have, including the artist, title, condition, and any other relevant information. We'll get back to you with a quote if we're interested.

Currently, our entire inventory is online. We do this to keep our prices competitive and to be able to reach vinyl lovers around the world. However, we're always looking for opportunities to connect with our customers in person, so follow us on social media for updates on pop-up events or potential future physical locations.

We'd be happy to help you find a specific record! While we can't guarantee we'll be able to find every record, we have a wide network of suppliers and collectors. Please contact us with the details of what you're looking for and we'll do our best to assist you.
